The units were incomplete and some parts defective, so I returned them on 1/7/25 after consulting with their sales executive. Despite repeated follow‑ups through text and phonecalls, the company has neither processed a replacement nor reimbursed me. It has now been many months without resolution. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope the company improves its customer service and accountability.
